Senior Project Scientist – GIS
GIS Senior Project Scientist within the RPS team, supporting Gas Networks Ireland and the Environmental Protection Agency with data capture, risk assessment and spatial analysis. Manage and mentor junior GIS staff, coordinate multi-person data capture teams, liaise with clients, and oversee project finances, reporting and quality assurance for network as-laid, risk assessment and hydromorphological GIS projects.

Technical Administrator
Provided technical and administrative support to the Tunnel Commission Administration Service project, managing project correspondence and documentation. Reviewed maps and documents for major water and drainage schemes, carried out QC on GIS mapping, and helped prepare bid documents and MS Project programmes for large infrastructure tenders.

Monitored, analysed and reported on design and construction progress for the N17/N18 Gort to Tuam PPP scheme. Maintained and updated the construction programme with as-built data, prepared monthly progress reports and statistics for TII, coordinated inputs from multiple stakeholders, and supported review of contractual claim documentation.

Oversaw and reviewed materials testing results submitted to the Authority’s Site Representative on the N17/N18 Gort to Tuam PPP scheme, ensuring compliance with specifications prior to certification.

Geoscientist & GIS Technician
Delivered GIS support to the Geophysical Technology and Operations Group, producing mapping outputs and spatial analysis using ArcGIS, Global Mapper and specialist tools. Managed GIS data quality and projections, supported major seismic and gravity survey design and execution in East Africa, coordinated seismic evaluation and design (SED), and provided key inputs and reports to exploration leadership and senior management to support multi-billion dollar asset transactions.

Carried out site assessments for on-site effluent disposal and designed percolation areas for domestic wastewater treatment, ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance.
